Flow is an important component of our work but we need to remove the things that prevent it.
The first part of this workshop looked at ways of dealing with fear and tension in the body and mind. This enables us to use our natural movement, rather than a fear-based response.
The workshop concluded by discussing the eight elements of flow and showing an excellent drill that helps access them.
